University of the Rockies will move into a third building in downtown Colorado Springs this month.

The graduate school, which specializes in social and behavioral sciences, has leased an additional 5,520-square-feet of classroom space at 545 E. Pikes Peak Avenue.

“We are expanding our footprint in Colorado Springs to accomodate the growth of our student body,” said University Director Dr. Bob Edelbrock.

Edelbrock said the school has reached capacity at its current locations of 555 and 559 E. Pikes Peak Avenue. University of the Rockies also operates the Rockies Counseling Center from the 559 E. Pikes Peak Ave. location.
