Today, Hanley Wood Market Intelligence released a list of the 100 hottest remodeling markets in the US, and Colorado Springs checked in at number 47. The rankings are based on a city’s Residential Remodeling Index, and benchmarked against activity in the first quarter of 2007, which was the peak for remodeling activity in the last 10 years.
