A recent report by Summit Economics details the long-term synergies between job growth and new home construction in Colorado Springs.
According to the report, which was commissioned by the Colorado Springs Regional Economic Development Corp., there is “an identifiable relationship between primary job creation and housing construction. Primary job creation has a positive impact on total job growth and total job growth has a positive impact on new home construction.”
