The Minnesota real estate and investment company selected to develop the ACE high-tech park in Loveland is the same company the led redevelopment efforts on the Marketplace at Austin Bluffs in Colorado Springs.

United Properties of Minneapolis took on the redevelopment project at Austin Bluffs in 2007 and completed it with new tenants moving into storefronts in the fall of 2008.

The Loveland City Council will hold a special meeting today to release the details of its agreement with Unities Properties to build the ACE high-tech Park.

The new facility is expected to accommodate up to 100 manufacturers who will be commercializing patents for new technologies held by NASA and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, according to a release from United Properties.
