Of the 61 properties listed on the El Paso County Trustee’s foreclosure presale list today, 12 were delayed to another date and four sold to investors.
Those that sold included 5216 Lady Slipper Court, Colorado Springs, CO 80922; 6745 Shimmering Moon Lane, Colorado Springs, CO 80923; 8548 Del Rio Road, Peyton, CO 80831 and 915 Bowser Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
Wells Fargo Bank set the initial bid on the Lady Slipper property at $151,300, with a deficiency of almost $22,000. An investor purchased the property for $155,100.
Wells Fargo also set the bid on the Shimmering Moon house. It was $174,600 with a deficiency of more than $81,000. The house sold for $187,500.
Deutsche Bank National Trust Company set the initial bid on the Peyton property at $180,000 with a deficiency of more than $89,000. It sold for $186,550.
The Bowser Drive home sold for $50 over Wells Fargo’s initial bid of $83,000 with a deficiency of more than $28,500.
There were no large commercial foreclosures in this week’s sale.
