Investors bought four of the 39 properties that sold at the El Paso County Public Trustee’s foreclosure auction on Wednesday. The rest sold back to the original lenders.
Field of Dreams Investments purchased a 2,762-square foot home at 2955 Clarendon Dr. (80916) for $84,650. That was just $50 over lender the Bank of New York Mellon’s initial bid. Ramona Williams borrowed $128,000 to buy the home in November of 2004.
Old West Land Co. bought a 1,196-square foot two-bedroom and two-bathroom home at 952 Azure Cir. (80910) for $66,147.50, just $50 over lender GMAC Mortgage’s initial bid. Robert Jefferson borrowed $130,754 to buy the home in March of 2009. The
New Design Living bought a dour-bedroom 2,577-square foot home at 2108 Woodburn St. (80906) for $227,000, well over lender Wells Fargo’s initial bid of $202,213.26. Barbara and Kenneth Gair borrowed $525,000 on the home in October of 2008.
AMC Properties bought a 1,738-square foot four-bedroom home at 4565 N. Wordsworth Cir. (80916) For $94,000, well over lender Wells Fargo’s initial bid of $91,655.00. Howard and Damequa Veasley borrowed $153,461 on the home in February of 2011.
