Investors buy 7 properties at foreclosure auction

Investors bought seven of the 37 properties that sold at the El Paso County Public Trustee’s foreclosure auction March 21. The other 30 sold to the original lenders.

Go Real Estate Development, LLC paid $69,500 for a 864-square-foot split-level home built in 1970 at 3443 Colony Hills Rd. (80916). That was slightly over lender PNC Bank’s initial bid of $66,098. Ryann Moss borrowed $142,958 on the home in August of 2005. The El Paso County Assessor estimates the market value at $114,852.

Field of Dreams Investments paid $60,000 for a 1,218-square-foot one-and-a-half-story home built in 1899 at 411 N. Cooper Ave. (80905). That was well over lender Bank of America’s initial bid of $52,878. Rio Rigotti borrowed $150,230 on the property in March of 2007. The El Paso County Assessor estimates the market value of the home at $129,646.

Charles and Ann Rohde paid $129,000 for a 1,176-square-foot ranch home built in 1959 at 1002 Valley Rd. That slightly over lender Bank of America’s initial bid of $124,796.39. Jeffry Allen borrowed $135,000 on the home in May of 2001. The El Paso County Assessor estimates the market value at $195,525.

Old West Land Co LLC paid $151,050 for a 1,989-square-foot split-level home built in 1973 at 3050 Caravan Ct. (80917). That was slightly over lender Bank of America’s initial bid of $148,000. Carol Weber borrowed $206,150 on the property in July of 2004. The El Paso County Assessor estimates the market value of the house at $207,979.

VG Holdings LLC paid $101,500 for a 1,115-sqaure foot split-level house built in 1970 at 4651 Ridgeglen Rd. (80918). That was well over lender Onewest Bank’s initial bid of $96,545.03. Janet Romanos borrowed $106,700 on the property in June of 2003. The El Paso County Assessor estimates the market value of the home at $156,074.

Go Real Estate Development LLC paid $130,482 for a 1,626-square-foot two-story house built in 1999 at 7119 Bonnie Brae Lane (80922). That was just $50 over lender Wells Fargo’s initial bid. Henri Allan Dhaseleer borrowed $151,194 for the home in May of 2003. The El Paso County Assessor estimates the value of the property at $178,064.

BGST LLC paid $85,000 for a 1,708-square-foot bi-level home built in 1972 at 7275 Shawnee Place (80915). That was well over lender Deutsche Bank’s initial bid of $51,000. Nicole Trumpfheller borrowed $110,000 on the property in March of 2004. The El Paso County Assessor estimates that the market value is $135,024
