CoreLogic: Foreclosure rates falls in Springs

The Colorado Springs foreclosure rate fell again in April, according to a national report. CoreLogic, a real estate analysis firm, reported that the foreclosure rate in Colorado Springs fell 0.22 percent from last year’s levels to 1.4 percent.
