S & B Porta-Bowl Restrooms recently joined a growing trend of local businesses buying their own buildings.
The company bought a 5,625-square-foot office building and warehouse on two acres at 5050 Geiger Boulevard. S & B paid $520,000 for the property. The company has leased space in Colorado Springs for several years, while doing business on the Front Range from Pueblo to Fort Collins.
The company chose to take advantage of low interest rates and the aggressively priced real estate, according to a press release from Olive Real Estate Group.
Broker Lloyd Ripenburg with Olive represented the buyer. Wells Fargo was the seller.
