A local engineering firm purchased a building on the north end of town with plans to expand and hire.
Colorado Engineering Inc., through its subsidiary Law Land Company, purchased 1915 Jamboree Drive, a 39,000-square-foot flex building near the Chapel Hills Mall. National American University currently occupies about 10,000 square feet in the building, said Mike Helwege, the broker who represented the buyer for Helwege Real Estate Partners.
“It’s really a user, owner deal,” Helwege said.
The $2,331,900 sale is in keeping with a recent trend of businesses buying their own buildings.
“It’s really positive to hear of a local company that’s growing and planning to hire more employees,” Helwege said.
