Commercial brokers announce recent transactions

Colorado Automotive Services signed a new lease on a 2,640-square-foot industrial space at 3413 N. Prospect St. (80907). Cameron Butcher was the listing agent, who represented property owner Magnum LLP. Aaron Horn, a broker at Sierra Commercial Real Estate, represented the new tenant.

Arapahoe Fire Protection purchased a 4,800-square-foot industrial space at 95 Talamine Ct. (80907). Horn represented the seller, J.C. Pace Ltd.

Pediatric Gastroenterology of Colorado Springs signed a new lease for a 2,437-square-ffot office space in the Kissing Camels Professional Building II at 2925 Professional Place (80904). Ashley Cordova with Sullivan Real Estate represented the property owner. Mark O’Donnel, a broker with Sierra Commercial Real Estate, represented the new tenant.

PDR professionals signed a new lease for a 2,760-square-foot industrial space at 4767 Town Center Drive (80916). Horn represented the landlord, Wooten Business Center. Charlie Triplett, a broker with Keller Williams, represented the new tenant.

Roth Medical signed a new lease for a 4,300-sqaure-foot industrial space at 729 C Fortino Blvd., Pueblo. David Bacon, a broker with Sierra Commercial Real Estate, represented the property owner, W. Bruce Westerby. Kevin Spector, who owns Kevin Spector Inc. represented the new tenant.

GEP Investments purchased 2.56 acres just west of the Tomahawk Truck Stop in Fountain for $446,992. The seller was the Nanninga family.
