Colorado Center of Orthopaedic Excellence purchased 30,000 square feet of office space at 2438 Research Parkway. The $2.84 million purchase included a 23,000-square-foot building and the full first floor of a neighboring building.
The orthopaedic center will use the buildings to consolidate all of its Colorado Springs offices, physical therapy, clinical space and surgery center in one location.
Peter Scoville, a principal at Cushman Wakefield Colorado Springs Commercial, spent a year finding the location for the center.
Promontory was a good fit because of demographics and visibility, according to a release from Cushman Wakefield.
