While Colorado followed national foreclosure trends, the state did not rank among the areas with the most foreclosure activity. There were 1,652 foreclosures in Colorado Springs in the first quarter of 2011, according to a report released today by RealtyTrac. There were 17,410 foreclosure sales in Colo. in 2010, accounting for nearly 25 percent of all home sales in the state, according to data released today by Realtytrac.
