Martini bar 15C damaged by fire

The downtown alleyway martini and cigar bar, 15C, was damaged by a fire this morning that caused the evacuation of nearby businesses and interrupted rush hour traffic through downtown. Four Colorado Spring Fire Department engine crews responded to fire this morning at 15C E. Bijou St., where smoke could be seen billowing into the air. [...] [...]
