One of Colorado Springs’ largest call center operators, Florida-based PRC, LLC, has become a subsidiary of Alorica Inc. The business sale transaction closed on July 30, 2010. Emergency medicine billing and management services provider MedData is adding 25 jobs to its Colorado Springs office. The additions come as a result of the cancellation of an outsourced call center in India.
