Full scholarships for wounded soldiers

On Tuesday, Nov. 9, eight wounded Fort Carson soldiers and 10 spouses of wounded soldiers will receive full college scholarships at an awards dinner from 6-9 p.m. at the Briarhurst Manor Estate.
