Cliff House serves up No. 1 wine blog

Culinary Arts College has named The Cliff House at Pikes Peak in Manitou Springs No. 1 for its wine blog. Written by Eric Ewers, cellar master at the Cliff House’s dining room, the blog is called  ”Wine Flights of Fancy.” Ewers writes four blogs, recommending wine pairings for everything from chocolate-covered strawberries to corned-beef sandwiches.
