Council of Neighborhood Organizations President Dave Munger will announce his candidacy for mayor at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Phantom Canyon restaurant and brewery, 2 E. Pikes Peak Ave. Former mayor Mary Lou Makepeace and former CONO president Jan Doran are expected to announce their endorsement of Munger during the event.
