Hospitals chip in to pay for detox center 

Despite missing an earlier deadline, both of Colorado Springs’ hospitals have agreed to provide money for community detoxification services. Both Memorial Health System and Penrose-St. Francis Health Services will help pay for construction of a new El Paso County detox center.
