DDA awards $130,000 to beautify downtown (access required)

Nineteen downtown businesses and organizations have been awarded $130,000 in challenge grants from the Downtown Development Authority to spruce up downtown. Renovation plans include adding landscaping, infrastructure upgrades, new signage and even a couple of murals.
