Colorado Attorney General John Suthers and the Federal Trade Commission have filed a joint lawsuit against Dalbey Education Institute on suspicion that it engaged in deceptive trade practices and misleading infomercials. The Federal Trade Commission says Toys R Us has agreed to pay $1.3 million to settle civil charges that it violated an agency order barring it from discussing its discount-chain competitors with its suppliers.
