Penrose awarded for excellence in women’s health 

Penrose St. Francis Health Services received the women’s health excellence award from HealthGrades. Hospitals that receive the award rank among the top 5 percent of all hospitals nationwide for providing care to women in areas involving heart attacks, congestive heart failure, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, stroke, cardiovascular procedures and bone and joint health.
