Springs firm could be acquired by international law group

Denver law firm Holme Roberts & Owens could soon be acquired by Bryan Cave, according to the ABA Journal. Holme Roberts & Owen is headquartered in Denver, but has offices in Boulder, Colorado Springs, Dublin, London, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and San Francisco.
