Springs Fab no stranger to political spotlight

Springs Fabrication, Inc., a Colorado Springs manufacturing plant, will be a campaign stop Saturday for Presidential candidate Mitt Romney. But it’s not the first time a presidential candidate has chosen to stump from the Springs manufacturing business, owned by  CEO Tom Neppl. Arizona Sen.
