NFIB news: Clean Air Act, Obamacare

The U.S. Supreme Court struck down the EPA’s misuse of the Clean Air Act (see nfib.com/article/om-epa-permitting-requirements-for-greenhouse-gas-emission-65980/) in regulating stationary sources of greenhouse gases, according to the National Federation of Independent Businesses. The National Federation of Independent Business is expanding its discounted workers’ compensation coverage benefits to Colorado. The latest expansion means that NFIB insurance through Employers is now available in 27 states. Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Arkansas and New Mexico were also added.
