The Mayor’s Counsel meeting and press conference originally scheduled for Thursday Dec. 13 have both been canceled, due to the ongoing lawsuit against the city’s no-solicitation ordinance. The American Civil Liberties Union has subpoenaed Mayor Steve Bach, Councilor Merv Bennett and Police Chief Pete Carey to testify in the federal trial in Denver Thursday morning. [...]
