    The employment sector for professionals continues to look mixed as executives report recruiting difficulties and the possibility of layoffs. While 10 percent of executives said they plan to increase the number of full-time employees during the second quarter, 6 percent still plan declines.     Nearly half the nation’s top executives surveyed by Office Team are “uncomfortable” being “friended” by an employee they manage or by their bosses. However, being friended by coworkers was ranked “somewhat comfortable” by 38 percent of respondents. Senior executives at the nation’s 1,000 largest companies weighed in on the survey.
