New traffic restrictions at railroad crossing 

New traffic restrictions went into effect today at a railroad crossing south of downtown Colorado Springs. Effective immediately, only passenger cars are allowed to cross the railroad tracks at Royer St. between Las Vegas St. and Fountain Blvd. City crews installed new signs alerting motorists of the new restrictions, and the Colorado Springs Police Department [...] [...]
