Businesses are receiving an email purporting to be from a bbb.org e-mail saying that a complaint about their business has been filed.

Colorado consumers should be wary of phone calls soliciting personal information.
Attorney General John Suthers said the phone calls come from (303) 578-5558, and the caller identifies himself as a law enforcement officer. The calls are suspected to be attempts to gain personal identification for identity theft.
