Douglas Bruce is due to be arraigned today in Denver on charges he evaded taxes. But the father of Colorado’s Taxpayer Bill of Rights says he plans to seek to have the case dismissed. Douglas Bruce, an anti-tax crusader and the father of TABOR, has been indicted by the statewide grand Jury for failing to pay taxes on income he earned during the 2005, 2006 and 2007 tax years.
