Colorado ranks second in teenage vaccinations for tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s survey. About 86 percent of teenagers in Colorado receive the vaccine, placing Colorado second behind the state of New Hampshire.
