Agencies complain about arsenic limits

Colorado officials say the state’s strict arsenic limits are interfering with major construction projects. The Colorado Department of Transportation and RTD say they have had to alter projects to meet the tough standards. The Colorado Water Quality Control Commission believes the arsenic standards are necessary to protect groundwater discharged into the South Platte River.
