State launching multi-family weatherization project

The Governor’s Energy Office is seeking applications from organizations interested in providing weatherization services to large, multi-family buildings. The project, which is being funded by money from the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act, is designed to help low-income families save energy and cut utility bills.
