Lacey Fugleberg, certified financial planner, has earned New England Financial’s leaders level of recognition, given to top producers who exemplify the highest standards of personal integrity, professionalism and customer service. Fugleberg attended Westmont College and is a graduate of University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

Colten Peed has been promoted to sales account manager at OfficeScapes. Peed has been with OfficeScapes for nine years as an installer and later a service technician. In his new role, Peed will work with both the commercial and government sales teams.

Patricia Diawara has been named Pikes Peak Community College director of institutional research. In her role, Diawara will support college planning, decision-making, policy formulation and accreditation processes by analyzing and reporting data. She will also work on the college’s assessment and educational effectiveness efforts. Prior to joining PPCC, Diawara spent four years as the director of institutional research, planning and accreditation at Pueblo Community College. She has a doctorate in wood science and a master’s degree in organic chemistry, both from the University of Nancy, France. She also has a master’s degree in business administration from Colorado State University, Pueblo.

Jeanna Wearing has stepped down as general manager of Cheyenne Mountain Broadcast House — licensee of classical music station, KCME, 88.7 FM — and has become the station’s corporate sponsorship director.

The Board of Directors of the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments elected new board officers. Dennis Hisey, chairman of the El Paso County Board of County Commissioners, was elected chairman; Colorado Springs Councilor Brandy Williams, first vice chairwoman; Manitou Springs Mayor Marc Snyder, second vice chairman; Tyler Stevens, Green Mountain Falls Trustee, treasurer; and Sallie Clark, El Paso County Commissioner, secretary.

Tina Reeves has earned the lia sophia top honor for its Excellent Beginnings Program Achievers for outstanding sales accomplishments and professionalism. Reeves earned the accomplishment in the first 15 weeks by attaining certain sales levels and by sharing lia sophia with other new advisers.

Long-time Colorado Springs banking executive Ted Mossman has joined Wells Fargo’s business banking team as a principal business relationship manager.

Mossman is a 20-year financial services veteran with experience in business and consumer banking. Most recently, he has been the Pikes Peak region market president for a large regional bank. Mossman serves on the board of Junior Achievement and as a committee member for the Southern Colorado Economic Forum and he is a member of numerous state and local associations and organizations.

Discover Goodwill has named its 2013 board of directors and foundation board members. Steve Condon, president of CB&T Wealth Management LLC, is chairman and Chris Odell, CEO of Lamina Systems Inc., is chair-elect. Board members are Bart Holaday, The Dakota Foundation; Kristel Hybl, civic leader; Susie Jenkins, Nor’wood Development Group; and Tim Littleton, CHEFS Catalog. Civic leader Sue Mulvihill has been appointed as the 2013 foundation board chairwoman and Ginna Morgan, an attorney for The Morgan Law Group LLC, will serve as the new chairwoman elect. Board members are: C.J. Moore, Kaiser Permanente of Southern Colorado, and Gary Winegar, G.B. Value Partners.
